I had the opportunity to lead the creation of one of the main styles of the Storm Point - the Jungle Style (as well as it's more alien variant). Along with my right hand man, Eugene Kim, I tackled a lot of the main foliage assets that make up the style and Eugene tackled the terrain textures and some of the foliage. Included some shots of modular kits of hard-surface meshes I needed to make as well as part of zone. It's great fun to be able to own stuff from early style creation all the way through implementing into its respective zones and handling any related assets, organic or otherwise!
~85% of the foliage was made brand new for the map, while ~15% was re-mastered and re-purposed existing foliage (things like the roots kit, the ground clovers, orange tropical plant, etc.).
